Your treatment will take place in a safe, comfortable, relaxing environment. You will always be treated with respect and care and your information and treatment records will be kept securely and confidentially.
Your Systematic Kinesiology session is a hands-on treatment. You will be lying on a therapy bed and need to move freely. You will need to wear loose, comfortable clothing; trousers or leggings are recommended.

You will complete an assessment form and return it to me several days before your appointment. This covers health, diet and lifestyle issues. Your needs will be discussed, priorities identified and a plan made for the session.

Holistic Approach to Health
Muscle testing is used throughout your appointment. This involves placing your arm, leg, head, or torso into certain positions. A light pressure is applied against the muscle to evaluate its response. This will highlight the imbalances contributing to your issues and which ones are a priority for your body. Once these priority imbalances have been identified, the nutritional supplements which can support your body's recovery are determined.
We would also explore if there were any emotional involvement. Bach Flower Remedies may be used to support you in this.
